Our Story

Our journey began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our founder and chef, Michael Zagarella, a Toms River native with extensive experience in the culinary industry, started by delivering soups through touchless and contactless methods. As our soups gained popularity, we expanded to local farmers markets, which eventually led to the opening of our brick-and-mortar location.
