Best soups anywhere! Everything is top notch!

Finally had the chance to try this place yesterday and was not disappointed!!
Everything was so fresh and delicious. Ordered the Irishman’s special (corned beef meal) for r the hubby. The portions was large and it so good! The meal included soup and a big piece of soda bread. I ordered the Jr Club Joe on pesto. I think this was the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had. The sandwich was huge! Could only finish half. But I just finished another quarter of it for breakfast!! 😆

Dinner tonight is the Lemon Chicken soup which I’m excited to try.
We will definitely be back!

Everything about this place is just AMAZING! The smell of the Pesto Bread baking was awesome as soon as we walked in. When I tell you the food is PHENOMENAL it truly is. The Sandwiches are HUGE and DELICIOUS none of us could finish them. The Avocado Fries were crispy and cooked to perfection. We were each given a small cup of their home-made Pesto Pasta Salad to try and we purchased a pound of it because it was that good. They have a freezer full of home-made soups to take home or you can ask them to heat them up for you. The Owner and Staff are the best. We will definitely be coming back over and over again. So happy we gave them a try today because its so hard to find a place that truly checks all the boxes. Thanks again

Exceptional. Clean. Huge delicious filled with meat sandwiches. Eggs. Pork roll. Huge selection of drinks. We also get quality lunch meat by the pound. Cheaper than any store. I’m telling u this guy is very high level. Pastrami. Roast beef. Cuban sandwich. Hummus. Yep! And…..they are kind!

Small warm place. Food is amazing. Fresh, quality ingredients. You can taste the love!!! The desserts are so damn good too! Must try

Had the true pleasure of eating here today, and I can't rave enough about the food, the atmosphere, and the owner himself!
I tried the Cubano, hold the pickle, on the incredible pesto bread, and it was a flavor bomb - and so big I couldn't finish it (lunch tomorrow!)
The owner brought over a sample of the soup of the day - Short Rib and Farro - and it was revelatory.
Great menu, and if you want to take something to go, they have a nice selection of soups and salads along with their sandwiches. This will be a new favorite !

Food is always delicious at Spoon and Bowl! Chicken sandwich is stacked with delicious bread and fresh crisp veggies/chicken. Will always reccomend

First time eating here. I ordered the S&B with no mayo or hot peppers. Absolute best sandwich I’ve ever had! The ingredients were so fresh and the bread was amazing! The price was very good for the portion! I’ll be coming here regularly for sure. One of the best places in Ocean County in my opinion!

I just came here for the first time and I love it. The Brussel and beet salad not realizing what the size was so i added the grilled chicken… thank god I did because know I can save it for later! I would come back in a heartbeat.

The food at the Spoon and Bowl is ALWAYS 10/10!! My husband and I discovered this place around a year ago and have been ordering here pretty much weekly since because we love all the food so much. We even ordered catering on Christmas and thanksgiving!

The menu changes seasonally and there are always delicious options to choose from no matter what time of year. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well as options for all types of food restrictions.

Besides the food, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, not to mention, the owner Michael is so kind and friendly. We recommend the Spoon and Bowl to everyone that wants a fresh and whole meal!

The owner was warm, patient and kind. He said he had lemon rice soup but since we wanted to eat it there, he thawed it for us before we arrived which was really above and beyond. The ingredients and vegetables were incredibly fresh and the complimentary flavored water was delicious! The entire family really enjoyed it and is looking forward to coming back. The fries were fresh and it was clear the owner takes great pride in his place.

Amazing food and lovely owner. Soups were so fresh you could taste the parsley and we had a fabulous experience. Highly recommend for soups, sandwiches, sweet potato fries, deli meats!

The food always exceeds our expectations. A delight to visit.

My husband and I went to The Spoon and Bowl for the first time last week and from placing the order, the atmosphere, service and food, we were very pleased. The food was absolutely delicious.

We got the lemon chicken soup delivered & it was absolutely delicious. The only thing is it was delivered completely frozen. No where on the website did it say this was how it would come. The ingredients are listed on the container which is great but there were no cooking instructions & maybe it’s me & everyone feels like it’s safe to assume you know how to warm up soup but I seriously did not know how long to do it for so when I ate it my veggies were a tad crunchy but cooked while I was eating. So my only suggestion would be to put cooking instructions on the containers cause not everyone knows how long to do it for & at what preferred temp
